Air fuel mixture screws not properly adjusted. Inlet system air leak. Leaking accelerator pump.
Loose low-speed jet. Plugged low-speed jet. Contaminated or plugged low-speed circuit. Choke valve not seated or leaking. Multi carburetors out of sync and need to be balanced.
