Actually it would be really helpful if Ford made these available online like most electronics manufacturers do in this day and age. To save on printing costs and to help the environment. It would also help those of us who do not have their printed manuals to hand (like when they are out and about), but who these days do have access to a web browser. It's called good customer support/service, but I digress. Given that I already own the manual I don't see why it would be a problem for Ford for me to have an electronic backup copy of it but thanks for your input. Yes I could do with one of these too.

I echo the sentiments re customer service. There is no acceptable reason for and major manufacturer not to make the basic user/owner manual available free of charge on their website. I have been able to get copies of these for many items particularly electrical and computer related, sometimes quite old. The manual would already have been provided with the item when new - its not as if there are lots of people who just want to read a pirate copy but owners who have lost the original or not had it provided at a second user purchase. Yes its just basic common sense, quality customer service which would cost very little. Come on Ford UK!
